Bella no (fill in the blank)...

Bella no (fill in the blank)...this is a recurring theme in our house ever since Grandma was here. No idea why it started then but I think that the two incidents are just coincidental. It started as my mom and I were having an after dinner (a rather late dinner) treat of freshly made brownies (they were finally cool enough to eat). But unfortunately it was just before Bella's bedtime and I didn't want to give her any. But she inevitably saw us and immediately said (for the first time) with hands palm up and out-stretched...and a little shrug of the shoulders..."Bella no chocolate!". She said it more with exasperation and disbelief than anger. It was so funny we nearly peed ourselves laughing. And now she does it all the time. No matter what you have, she should have some of it...the ones we have heard so far have been "Bella no toast", "Bella no beans", "Bella no candies", and tonight Taneli had warmed Bella some meatballs and potatoes and made some fish and french fries in the oven for himself. Normally meatballs are Bella's favourite. But as soon as he put his plate down she said "Bella no fries" then she said "Bella no chicken" (mistaking the fish for chicken). Now these are never just idle statements...it means you forgot to give me some and I am just reminding you because I am waiting...
