The Donald (Trump that is)

I just had to add this photo because I think it is so funny. This was Bella's hair as she was getting into the bath the other day...unfortunately, we apparently made her with two crowns in her hair and this will be a problem for hairstyles for the rest of her life. So you can see how her hair swirls to the front from way back...tadaaaaa, The Donald...

The counting continues

Isabella has always been a fan of counting things...everything actually. Now she is taking it to the next level. Now I believe that my daughter is a genius, of course, especially since her 2 year check up. At that check up the midwife said that she is quite surprised that Isabella can tell you the colour of something (not just recognise the colour when you say it) because that doesn't usually come until 3 or 4 years old. You can see from the video what she can do...

Also, one thing that we are trying to do, although not so consistently(my bad), is to do some toilet training. But she did try her regular underwear for the first time this past week. Not that successful technically but cute. I also put on her butterfly wings that we didn't use at halloween, she loved them. Flap, flap, flap...

Christmas Play

Here are a few photos and a couple of videos of Isabella's Christmas performance. She did very well and really enjoyed herself. She didn't try to come to us...but she did see us a few times and you could see her trying to work out if she should come over to us or not. Ultimately, she decided to stay. Way to go her! You will see that they sing a Finnish version of Old Macdonald...and Bella was one of two chickens. The other chicken was the neighbour's boy, Natu. He was cute...he is normally an overactive boy who runs here and there...but during this play he barely moved. He seemed to have a case of stage fright.

The videos have been highly edited so that you don't have to sit through all 30 mins. It was very enjoyable though!
